The Happiness Revolution is in progress, here is how you can get on board

I just got really inspired by some cool statistics and that we should all do our part in creating a happiness revolution. The big takeaway below in case you don’t have 12 minutes to spare. Success is based on goal posts, and we think happiness is on other side of goal. Rather, we should find a way of being positive in the present. Your brain at positive is 31% more productive than at negative, neutral, or stressed.

It’s 37% better at sales, and doctors are 19% faster/more accurate at diagnosing patients.
Reverse the formula we currently have for happiness. Dopamine not only makes you happier it also turns on the learning centers in your brain. Do this two minute exercise for 3 weeks in row and you’re guaranteed a positive result in your outlook. Write 3 new things you’re grateful for each day and your brain retains a pattern of seeing things more positively Other things to aid you on the path toward happiness: 1. Journaling one positive experience of the previous 24 hours allows for you to relive that memory. 2. Exercise teaches you that your behavior matters 3. Mediation gets you past our cultural ADHD and helps you focus. 4. Conscious acts of kindness make you feel better about yourself. 1 email that praises another person in your circle a day creates a culture.
