Hawkes Klein | Celebrity & Gossip

Hawkes Klein just did some complicated algorithms to figure out that she spends approximately 33% of her week staring at a computer screen. Therefore, she gleans like a mad woman and is happy to share. As of June 1982 Ms. Klein has made it her sole mission to find a purpose in life. Not in a creepy god way, but in a WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY DAYS kind of way. Hopefully she’ll figure it out soon, rest assured you will be the first to know.

Jiun Kwon | Film & Television

Jiun Kwon joined the Popten family in 2009. She also works as a film and television editor, most recently for The Western Front, a feature documentary that screened at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival. Her previous work has aired on A&E, DIY Network and BRAVO TV. As the resident Opinionator for all things film, her primary objective is simply to consider the work. Her personal taste spans all genres and she doesn’t really like being told that she likes “guy movies” (she prefers the term “real movies”). Jiun’s favorite movie is The Godfather.

Morgan Holzer | Music

Morgan Holzer was born in a little town in Massachusetts with a hole in her head and a hole in her heart. No joke. Ever since she has been attempting to fill them up: she collects random trivial tidbits for her brain and stockpiles music for her heart. A Boston-girl to the core, she does get a little twinge of pride if you call her a New Yorker. Just don’t ask her to root for the Yankees.

Andrew Monkelban | Video Games

Andrew Monkelban is an avid gamer and writer, who has been featured in Second Skin, and on Wired’s GameLife and The Escapist. He is also really into the Japanese entertainment scene. Even though he has Cerebral Palsy, he does not let it stop him from doing what he loves, although he’s always on the look-out for technology that would help him with difficult tasks. He came to PopTen in the Summer of 2009, where he’s now able to combine his passions.
