The Top Ten Porn Stars of the Decade

We’re at the tail end of the historic decade that once and for all democratized porn.  The XXX theaters in the seventies  gave way to the eighties’ VHS tapes, which in turn were made obsolete by DVDs, and then were all blown out of the water by the WWW.  And while our online porn hunting began long before the millennium rolled around, this was the decade where everyone’s wank habits went online, and the internet truly became synonymous with the P word.  (No, the other P word.)

But just as you wouldn’t confuse a seventies porn star for an adult entertainer in the nineties, this decade’s crop of erotic queens aren’t your mom’s porn stars.  (Wait, what?)  The millennium did away with the one-size-fits-all philosophy behind blonde bombshells with killer landing strips.  The internet surfaced what men apparently really wanted: the girl next door, your teacher and your best friend’s mom.  Age became nothing but a number as MILFs and cougars dominated the online porn industry with their experienced roars.  And supermodels were routinely outdone by girls who looked more like your buddy’s little sister.  So goes the fantasy, I suppose.
